TARTCO is a small bakery established in 2023, in Sydney, Australia. We are the creator of tartcos, the  tart in a shape of taco. A crowd pleasing dessert, in a range of flavour combinations. We bake with love, skill and most importantly passion. The subjects in our handmade creations are ALWAYS made from scratch with ingredients from our local farmers. Our menu is constantly changing, from new flavours to new items so theres always something for everyone. Our classic baked ricotta cheesecake, lemon meringue tart and chocolate strawberry cookies will always be available because not only are they our favourites, they are yours too.
