Terms and Conditions

When you place an order you MUST select the date you would like to pick it up, and if you need it by a certain time this must be known through a note below date of pickup. We can then ensure a correct timeslot for you to pick your product up. When you arrive, your order will be ready to go in a box, which we will open and show you to insure your happy with your purchase before it is handed to you. 

Product conditions (eg. where to store, how long you should keep product for) will be known to you via an email.

Due to the perishable nature of our products we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has left our premises. 

Pricing:

Your order will not leave the premises until full payment has been received. 

Orders over $50 require a 50% deposit, the rest paid before arrival. 

Creative Licence: 

Most of our items follow a designated design and do not change. No matter how many times you come back to order more it will have the same design and taste as per usual. Each of our custom orders are handmade, this means no item will be exactly the same. We offer a range of flavours, colours and designs. Please note that with our custom cake orders we are not always able to reproduce an exact shade of a previous order. You must keep in mind slight differences will occur between cakes. From pictures online to in real life, there will be differences. 

Cancellation: 

We are aware plans change and are willing to accommodate for changes to your order. However, there is a $10 cancellation/changes fee. Within 7 days of your collection we will not accommodate for cancellation, but may be able to make minor changes to your order.
